Join us on Thursday, October 19th at 6:30 PM at the Small Wine Shop for our next “Words and Wine” Book Club gathering! Our book for the evening is Hernan Diaz’s Pulitzer Prize Winning Trust. A riveting novel set in a bygone American the explores family, wealth and ambition through linked narratives rendered in different literary style, a complex examination of love and power in a country where capitalism is king.

This is a deeply layer novel we can’t wait to dissecto over glasses of wine with all of you!

As we dive into this complex, we will (of course) drink some delicious natural wines! Here at Small Wine Shop, we’re pouring a curated selection of wines by the glass, each one a perfect conversation starter in its own right. Reds, whites, rosés, and everything in between – we’ve got a vino for every chapter of the discussion!

And, of course, we can’t forget the nibbles! 🧀 Feast on our artisan charcuterie and cheese plates, savor the rich flavors of our imported conservas and don’t forget to dip into our creamy, dreamy hummus. Our snacks are chosen to complement our wines just as harmoniously as a great supporting character in a novel.

No need to be a literary critic or a sommelier to join – just come with your love for a good book and an open palate. We’re all friends here, just looking to unwind, chat about a fantastic story, and enjoy exceptional wine and food in great company.
