About Tenuta L’Armonia Chic Metodo Classico

Tenuta L’Armonia Chic Metodo Classico is the winery’s funky Champenoise style. A blend of Chardonnay and Durella. The Chardonnay macerates for 8 days in amphora and the Durella is added directly pressed. The wine referments in May with grape sugars from the previous vintage. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and is disgorged after 18 months with a special Armonia liqueur. Unfiltered and unrefined with no sulfur addition. Bright and citrusy with dried apple and sea salt acidity on the finish. Totally weird and totally fun.

About Tenuta L’Armonia

From the winery:

In Armonia with Nature. We are artisans of wine and goodness. We work parcels of historic vineyards in three different volcanic areas, three Cru that differ in height and particular mineral characteristics of the soil. For us, regenerative agriculture is a development process for living soil. It allows us to produce authentic, free wines with great character and structure. Sustainable agriculture and zoning are our two real commitments that have helped us since the beginning, since 2010, to find a new identity for Veneto and Vicenza wine.

The farm is the brainchild of Andrea Pendin who, after a degree in Gastronomic Sciences, dedicated himself with passion and perseverance to the search for the maximum expression of the grapes of the Vicenza terroir, first and foremost Durella and Garganega, keeping many vineyards over 40 years old.

We mainly produce Classic Methods and vertical macerated wines, which over the years have increasingly become an expression of the artisanal hand of the winemaker.
