WE FOUNDED SOVI WITH A PASSIONATE (SOME MIGHT SAY SLIGHTLY REBELLIOUS) SPIRIT AND A COMMITMENT TO QUALITY.

Sovi got its start in California when we (a wine lover and a risk-taking sommelier) decided to step away from our day jobs in the wine industry in Napa to pursue our latest dream of making a high-quality, non-alcoholic wine. Our mission: to create a wine we would drink and so would our friends – a wine that was inspired by people with a heart for wine and a craving for inclusion.

At the end of the day, we had one goal in mind: to offer consumers a refreshing, non-alcoholic wine without compromising flavor or experience. In doing so, we hope to lead the industry in offering quality, non-alcoholic options for consumers that look and taste up to the level of their alcoholic peers. Novel idea? Maybe not. An idea that’s long overdue? We think so! Dare we say, it’s a game changer. Let’s help the world love wine as much as we do, (with or) without the alcohol.

We are obsessively focused on creating the best possible non-alcoholic wines. Our wines are made with certified sustainably grown grapes that we source directly from growers. They are varietal and vintage specific, and single-estate, just as you would expect to find in traditional high-quality wines.

We source our grapes from the Clarksburg AVA in California. An often overlooked region, Clarksburg is about 40 miles east of Napa on the Sacramento River Delta. The climate there is perfect for growing characterful grapes: warm sunny days result in beautifully ripe flavors while the cool breezes off the San Pablo Bay help the grapes maintain their naturally crisp acidity.
