Silva Daskalaki Vorinhos Red Blend is an organic red blend from the island of Crete. Kotsifali and Liatiko grape varieties see natural fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. The completion of fermentation was 12 days. Maturation of the wine took place in second and third-use French barrels for 8 months. The wine is further aged in bottle for 4 years. Complex aromatic bouquet with notes of red fruits, vanilla, and spices. Taste generously round and balanced.
