About Senesi Aretini Gatto Grosso
Senesi Aretini Gatto Grosso is a lively, chillable, and gluggable red that we just love to go along with regular weeknight meals. Filled with cherry, raspberry, and blueberry. Canaiolo, Mammolo, and Sangiovese.
Certified organic, low yields, hand harvest, de-stemmed, natural yeast fermentation in 300hl tanks at moderate temperatures, 24–28 degrees Celsius. Batonnage once per month, and then once every other month following a naturally occurring MLF. Lightly filtered and minimal SO2 was added just prior to bottling.
