ABOUT THE PRODUCER
About Mukai Shuzo Ine Mankai Junmai Genshu Saké
Mukai Shuzo Ine Mankai Junmai Genshu Saké is partly made with an ancient rice variety, which gives its red color to the sake, as well as a distinctive olive/pomegranate taste and aroma. The balance of sweetness and acidity make it a perfect aperitif, but also a good match with smoked food, vegetable dishes, desserts, and cheese.”
Lovely in color, pale rose red. Pure fruited with lovely acidity. Floral notes mingle with light cherry, and an earthy, nutty, bready finish.
