About Les Chais Du Port De La Lune
Laurent Bordes and Annica Landais-Haapa are the newest urban winemakers, traveling the vineyards of France in the quest for good grapes. Their project is called Les Chais du Port de la Lune (Port of the Moon’s Cellars) the first cellar to vinify, press, and mature wines in the City of Bordeaux for a long time. Their ambition is to create unique wines, paying homage to their partner vine growers as well as the origins of the grapes. Their winery consists of steel tanks and barrels in an old renovated bunker in the area of Bacalan in the north of the city. Three vintages have been made since the launch of this project. Organic grapes and natural wine only!
