Le Passage Côtes-du-Rhône hails from Sérignan-du-Comtat in the southern Rhône, eight miles from Châteauneuf-du-Pape en route to Gigondas. Vibrant ruby color with garnet accents showcase a lively, youthful wine. A round, silky mouthfeel and moderate alcohol highlight subtle yet rustic tannins. Raspberry and blueberry complete the finish.

The vineyard is surrounded by cooling forests, making for great acidity and a fresh style of Côtes-du-Rhône. The forests also provide protection from the strong Mistral winds. “Le Passage” refers to the passage between vineyard and universe, which has nourished the vines for more than 55 years.

Vibrant ruby color with garnet accents. A youthful wine showing more liveliness than inky concentration. Dry with a medium body, round silky mouthfeel, and moderate alcohol. Bright acidity compliments subtle yet rustic tannins. Juicy raspberries interlace blueberry bramble. Black licorice, fresh salumi, and warm earth are lifted by violets, white pepper, and rosemary.
