About La Collina
La Collina is a certified biodynamic cooperative located in Reggio Emilia. Founded in 1975 by Enzo Braglia and a group of 12 friends, La Collina is dedicated to promoting peace and harmony in land, production, and society. They grow fruits and vegetables, grapes for wine, grain for beer and pasta, keep bees for honey and raise livestock for meat and dairy. La Collina helps to educate local school children on food and farming. La Collina also helps recovering drug addicts by training and employing them with hope that their experience will better integrate them into society and employment either full-time at the cooperative or with vendors and clients.
