About Ferrigno
From “Cetara” in southern Italy on the Amalfi Coast to Port-St-Louis-du-Rhône, with the Ferrigno’s, we have been fishermen from father to son for 3 generations. That is to say, the Mediterranean runs through their veins! Today, Dominique Ferrigno is the torchbearer, with the beautiful singing accent of this family saga. And not only that, Dominique is now the builder, making Ferrigno a cutting-edge cannery, the last on the Euro-Mediterranean coast.
Based in Provence, in Port-St-Louis-du-Rhône, halfway between Marseille and Sète, the Ferrigno sardine creation cannery is IFS approved. It makes it possible to work all the fish on-site in the best possible conditions with a permanent concern for quality: from their reception to their packaging, including their processing in its approved workshops.
Since 1998, Ferrigno has also been preparing cooked dishes such as fish soup, the famous bouillabaisse, tuna stew, and tasty rust. The late Joël Robuchon, the master chef of France, has also selected fish soup and bouillabaisse for the brand Reflets de France.
In 2010, the “Les Belles de Marseille” range was born, then in 2016 “La Bonne Mer” still in the same line, good, fresh from the sea… made in Provence.
The taste of authenticity is more than a slogan, with the Ferrignos it is a real passion for fish!
