Clovis Cotes du Rhone Rouge is a is a subtle and fruity Rhone red wine. The extraction is quite delicate, resulting in silky tannins and a fresh expression of red fruits and spice. Juicy cherry, mild tannins, medium body. It’s generous and silky on the palate, with good concentration and a smooth finish with lots of tannins. Hand harvested, native yeast fermentation, and aging in cement for six months. Bottled unfiltered and with a low dose of SO².

About Rémi Pouizin

Rémi Pouizin, creator of living wines “is the distribution identity of Domaine Dieu-Le-Fit wines, a wide range of unique organic wines, vinified and produced by Rémi and his team. Located at an altitude of 180 meters, the estate is surrounded by mountains and hills which make the landscape of this region so attractive: to the south the city of the Popes and the Dentelles de Montmirail, to the west the Nyons valley, or the Vaison la Romaine theater. The Estate now covers 35 hectares around the village of Visan, which is one of the municipalities that have obtained the A.O.C. Côtes du Rhône Villages since 1962. The 30 ha vineyard is made up of a family part of 15 ha in one piece near the historic farm, a part of 8 ha on scrubland soils and 7 ha of smaller hillside plots close to the woods located around the village.
