About Champagne Hervé Brisson

Located in the Cotes des Blancs, this micro-domaine of just about 3.5 hectares has been farmed organically since 2016. The oldest plot was planted by his grandfather in 1952, and the average age of the vineyard is over 40 years.

“I favor all methods based on life, that is to say, the study of soils, plants, insects,… Thus, I sow plants to help the soil, I plant hedges to help insects and birds, I limit tillage”

These wines are aged in barrels and sandstone tanks making champagnes that are extremely pure and precise. All are made of 100% chardonnay.
