ABOUT THE PRODUCER

About Brisa Suave Vinho Verde Branco

Brisa Suave Vinho Verde Branco is a wine created to bring a new option to the rapidly-growing category in the States: the Liter bottle. The Vinho Verde appellation is long-known worldwide for its affordability, but usually lacks in quality and has never been introduced to the market as a “fun” option. For such a drinkable style of wine, all the options out there have been offered only in a 750ml size with very old-school vibes. Combining a casual vibe, a great value, with a high-quality wine is what embraced the creation of this project. Tasting notes: zesty, citrusy, mineraly, floral, green apples, fresh pear. Grapes harvested and vinified quickly without oxidation. Grapes de-stemmed to obtain the most expressive varietal aromas and less astringent wines. 100% Stainless steel.

About Brisa Suave

Brisa Suave is a new label from wine importer T. Edward Wines and Portuguese producer Quinta das Arcas. Quinta das Arcas was founded in the early eighties by Esteves Monteiro following a deep work of restructuration of the family vineyards initiated a decade before with a strong focus on land consolidation and the implementation of modern agriculture. After 1985 the company was set up to bottle the wines already produced, putting on the market the first Arca Nova wines. Throughout the years, the company has paid special attention to production, following since the early days a path of quality improvement and minimizing impact in nature. In 2012 with 200 hectares of vineyards in the Vinho Verde region, Quinta das Arcas produced its first certified bio wine.
