About the original Nauti Girl, Chef Abigail Pawlik:

I was born in Sag Harbor N.Y on the South Shore of Long Island. Summers there mean lots of farm fresh produce, fields of gorgeous greenery, and grabbing a sweet ear of corn on the way home from the beach just to gnaw at it straight from the husk. Thus my love affair with farm to table cuisine began.

The menu for our event A Night on the Farm came from the mindset of creating a vegan meal focusing on what is in season locally at a family farm and celebrating those flavors!

Watermelon Balls over Olive and Pistachio Soil with Cashew “Feta” and Cilantro Vinaigrette 

3rd Course

Heirloom Tomato and Beet Carpaccio with Pickled Sea Beans 

4th Course

Scallion Ginger Summer Squash Gratin with Coconut Curry “Bechamel” and Lemon Basil Sprouts with Roasted Hen of the Woods Steak

5th Course

Apple Mousse with Blood Orange Caramel
