Beaujolais and Gumbo: Wine Tasting

It’s our third annual celebration of Beaujolais Day!

We think Cru Beaujolais is some of the best wine in the world (literally). So while the rest of the world goes crazy over Beaujolais Nouveau, we are here sipping our Bojo from Morgon or Fleurie with absolute joy. If you’ve had them before, you know you are in for a treat, and if you haven’t, then this is the perfect time to discover how great these wines are. These are classic Thanksgiving wines, so stock up for your family feast!

THE GUMBO

For this tasting, we have Tim’s own gumbo on the snacks board! If you didn’t know, Tim is originally from Louisiana and his family recipe is fantastic. He’s perfected it through the years and he only makes it once a year now… just for Bojo Day. Order some to accompany your tasting or take some home to-go (or both!) We have vegan and chicken & sausage gumbo for y’all, so there is something for everyone! (not included in the tasting ticket price)

This tasting is FREE for wine club members.

What to expect:

A super informative, informal tasting. Feel free to ask questions and chat with the Small Wine Shop team. You will taste through 6 different wines. Seating is not guaranteed but great wine and good conversation are!
(Standing is good for the soul)
